At Clodenis, our passion is to bring together wine and gastronomy. We scout for family-run wineries that have a clear purpose and direction. Organic, biodynamic and natural wines that are representative of the land they were born out of. Small producers working without chemicals in the soil or in manufacturing; respectful of the environment around them, producing wines with little or no intervention, aiming to offer you a living, expressive and much healthier product.
Auteur cocktails. Creativity and an understanding of the art of mixing. A menu with a difference that includes fresh and energetic cocktails, plated cocktails you drink at the table, tikis, a punch bowl for sharing, teetotal options… as well as the great classics, organic sprits and premium brands. And, of course, tailor-made cocktails.
The greatest organic and wild Mezcal selection in a unique space, exclusively in El Clodenis. You can drink them on their own or in improvised cocktails designed to shatter conventions and push boundaries. Accompany them with Mexican gourmet tapas: dressed oysters, ceviches, aguachiles, tiraditos… Pure creation!
